Had a crew of two with me for part or all of the trip. On the left is Ed Cook of Lancaster PA, the owner of CHAT-EAU 26C 173. Ed took me for a sail in CHAT-EAU while I was considering whether or not to buy a Nonsuch. Even more kindly, he agreed to crew for me at least half way down the Jersey Shore. On the right is Captain Paul Foer of Annapolis. Paul is a professional delivery skipper whom I contracted to come with me. He is more of a power boat guy than a sailor but he is a very good navigator and was invaluable for two tricky night-time entries as we were going down the Jersey Shore.
