His class did the Famous African American assignment this week. He was Booker T. Washington. Many parents crowded in to hear their kids. He had a tough time saying "Tuskegee". We worked on this all week. When his turn finally came he got Tuskegee out fine but instead of quoting Booker T. Washington correctly in saying that (Booker) felt like being in school was like paradise, he said that Booker thought being in school was like prison. I, playing mom at the time winced, and said audibly "paradise!"
Well both words start with a "p" right?
(couldn't get him to keep his shirt tucked in.)
