Kelvin Polonich, and yes he still owns it , only thing that's changed are the wheels. He is currently racing at SIR in a 56 chevy.

I'm pretty sure this is Kelvin Palonitch from S'toon owns Kelvin's Tire(spelling of last name could be wrong ,sorry Kelvin).I beleive he still has this car.
