Checking the "records" page at racesir.com (SIR website) Ray Alley set the rocket car record at SIR on August 29, 1976 with an astounding 4.88!! ET at 325.0 MPH!! WOW! This would be the car. I'd love to see that video!

I think that was the new age aquarious rocket powered car (hydrogen peroxide i believe, before it was banned) i have a video of that car going 4.95 @ 308 at SIR!
