Tahuya Peninsula

A mostly forested peninsula beside the Hood Canal in Washington State. Among the trees hide dozens of small lakes and ponds. In May and June wild rhododendron blossom lights up woodlands and Scotch broom blazes by roadsides.

I feel so at home here with our Pacific Northwest natural splendor! I know the names of what I see and when to expect them. So...this is like a family album and I thank you Nirvan for their portraits.
