U.S. Figure Skating Nationals 2004

My pictures of the U.S. Figure skating nationals in Atlanta, GA. These were taken from January 6 to January 10 with my Nikon D1h (and on 1/10 with my new D2h). I used my 70-200 VR Nikkor. All shots were taken wide open (2.8). All photographs are © Sean O'Connor. Any use of these photos without prior consent is prohibited.

I think your figure skating photos are so amazing. The clearness is perfect and the color is brilliant. What I want to know is are you a professional skating photographer or did you take these picks from a front row seat. They are the best I have ever seen and you could travel to competitions as a pro photographer. I know if you took pictures at the Olympics, they would be amazing and precious to the athletes and fans.
