ICHKEUL RESERVE






Ichkeul is a wonderful area with freshwater during winter, and salt water in summer.
Aquatic vegetation is very rich, attracting several thousands of ducks, geese and coots, wintering here from October to March. This reserve is one of the most important wintering area for aquatic birds in Mediterranean region.
