Gentianopsis crinita. DAMN that's a showy plant. They get anywhere from 1-3'(!) tall with loads of flowers on each plant. These are growing in a limestone habitat. Fringed Gentians are biennials so each plant will only live a couple years. Thankfully these are very happy and plentiful.
