Lygodium palmatum. An extremely beautiful and interesting evergreen fern. Very rare in NJ and most of its range. S2, G4 in NJ. This plant was overpicked for xmas decorations and Connecticut passed a law banning the picking of it. The very first plant protection law in the United States. Fertile fronds.
