Interesting shot, "dreamy" is a good descriptor. I'd guess that's a TS lens. I love the way the TS lenses and Nikon's PC lenses can make an ordinary shot look so extraordinary.

I love it. Very surreal...sort of dreamlike...kind of gives me the feeling that something bad is about to happen.
