The one Neat Place in Town

I have been to Douglass a few times. I have rarely seen a person and there are no groceries , schools, or open shops. This time there was this one place, locked and no sign describing what it was. Click to see the rest of the main street.

Douglas seems to be an eerie example of one of those Nuclear blast towns in the 1950s ,built to test results of the bomb blast .... just needs mannequins
