A Charming House

The red sign shaped of a horse is a Swedish custom. It is called a Dala horse. Originally carved for children by Swedish soldiers stationed in the villages.
Note the rain barrel on the left side of the house.

Wow! It is a charmer! The detailed paint and trim is great! Someone put a lot of thought and time into making it look so good! I like the red horse and the story. The tree shading the right side of the porch makes it a place to be on warm afternoons. Nice find! V
