I thought a unique use of Rebar. Since this was a train station there were numerous clocks like this for travelers convenience.

Nice use of Rebar ,maybe they have plans to form it out and pour concrete a few years down the road. Great idea and very inexpensive rail and a strong one . Nice image. Vote
