Controlled Burn

A controlled burn of field annually is legal in Kansas despite increasing the allowed level of pollution which generate federal fines and despite public condemnation.I witnessed one on a bright sunny day and after taking pictures for about a half hour all of us were very affected by the smoke.

Well captured Neil... I'm thinking "controlled" burn would require some obvious method of putting fire out and also many more people involved just in case etc. Have to guess they know what they are doing, but only a guess.
