Big owl appears to have "his ears back" similar to a cat about to jump into a fight. That and what appears to be a menacing scowl make this a most engaging image. BV

Great photo! It looks like he is not too happy with having his nap interupted!:) I have never seen an owl sleep with his foot up like the photos you have. Great catch! Lynne
