that is a lil girl and she was not quite a day old.. she'd been born around midnight and this was about 5:00 that afternoon. as to size.. i guess i'd have to say, she was pretty close to the size of a black lab.. she was kind of tiny compared to the others there that day but.. they were all a day or two older too!! glad you are enjoying the gallery, thanx for looking!!! Marilyn -- how big is he? (she? I'm from "the city" remember) -- The calf is just beautiful and I'm ALWAYS checking your galleries for updates. Between your calves and Lynne's lambs, I'm getting all the animal education I have been lacking for 50+ years! .....Jeanne
