At Sentan, a powerful right found about 37 kilometers south of Miyazaki City, Japan. It is at its best between September and November. This spot is ideal for photography as it is close enough to shore to use a 70-200 (at times with a 1.4 extender). With a rock bottom the colour of the water really stands out. It has good afternoon lighting, however the mountains begin to block the sun right at the break towards sunset.
