this is a rare shore bird it was found at white point beach golf course.its called a northern lapwing and with it was also a bird named a killdeer.this bird is from europe.they have been seen in newfoundland too.this bird was seen in yarmouth in the 1980's.white point is found in liverpool.i only have a digital so i cant get a great picture.
