Singing Bowls

Chiang Mai

and brass religious figures. I later bought a singing bowl to add to the couple I have at home, but I wish I had bought one from this pile, simply to create the link to the place. The one I did get, came from the Walking Street on Ratchadamnern Rd, held on Sunday nights. Since most of what we buy is not a necessity, it becomes a mental link to the place, the people or the sensations of the place of purchase. I like the calculator tucked away among the goods. The area was dark and I had no tripod, so my depth of field was shallow and my timing slow.

Those singing bowls look so tactile.
I can feel them sitting in my hands.
Wish I had bought one :-(
