At the base of Wat Doi Suthep is a cluster of stalls and shops - the usual commercial outlets, food, clothes, souvenirs, bells and incense. This dog was having his siesta, seemingly not taking his job seriously, although I suppose i didn't step any closer and put his ears (or teeth) to the test. I'd hate to startle a sleeping dog!
