When the weather gets cold and snow covers the nearby mountain range, the deer move down into the valley. This big buck and a few does have been hanging around our neighborhood. If you stay in your vehicle with a camera you might get a fun photo. And, of course it's the mule deer breeding season; the males are totally unaware of anything else but the females in the area.
