The upper Bear river flows from the North Slope of Utah's High Uintas mountains. As the water moves down into the wide valley known as 'Christmas Meadows', it slows into a deep, clear wandering waterway between the the willows and tall grasses of the meadows. It is a captivating and beautiful place.
