young colt in the cold.jpg

It was very cold when I took this photo. I was wearing a thick parka with a hood and the wind still made it uncomfortable. These young mustangs learn early to endure the tough conditions of the desert.

Pentax K20D ,Sigma 50-500mm
Images were shot using a long lens. The mustangs were not disrupted from their normal activities. full exif

Thank you for this beautiful photography of our Wild Mustangs. They must be saved from the Genocide that is currently [and quietly] violating our rule of law by the misguided bureaucrats of the Bureau of Land Management.

Both Ken Salazar and Bob Abbey are RANCHERS who have no business running such illegal round-ups.

These photographs depict the natural beauty of these gorgeous, intelligent living beings whose lineage has been dated back to more than 25,000 years to the North American continent!

We must save our Wild Mustangs and let them roam on the more than 200 million acres that were set aside for them by Congress in 1971.

Saving our wildlife is the biggest gift we could give to ourselves and to future generations.
