I do agree with Michael on this one. I think the kitchen towel certainly adds to the overall effect. It could easily be a poster on a wall. Great composition and colour.

I think that the little holes in the towel create a rhythm all of their own and they contribute to the overall effect - and the towel edge makes a very good frame! Sorry Chris, but without the kitchen towel it would be a much diminished photo - in my view.
