I like everything about this except the upper right corner. Very busy up there and saps a lot of energy from the leaf (IMO).
Try covering the upper right with your hand - and the rest of the shot really pops out at you. Not sure that it needs to go black up there, but I'd go quite dark.
I like the bold, sharp look of the leaf itself and how the lighting creates nice shadows with the veins.
