Really cool image. Nice composition and I like seeing the two slits lower right. I might try pushing the black point so that the rack is completely (or very near completely) black as I think this would really make the image pop. This would darken the reds and flesh tones and add (IMO) to the graphic quality of the shot.
Only other thing I might consider (depending on how you feel about altering 'reality') would be to PS in a pupil in the eye to the left in the shot - as is, looks a bit eerie and not in keeping with the rest of the image.
But, a nice capture and good eye to pick this shot.
