I think it looks stronger now. Looks like you also cleaned up the faint bit of horizon that was on the left in the original.

Well I agree with Bob ... the building appears to be falling down and, to me, its not looking nice(Sorry Nifty). Why not straightened it a bit ... the shot will look even greater! Secondly, I feel you should a bit more relief on the top.On the whole, it certainly is a very impressive take!

You handled the exposure very well on this one. I like the oval of the flames basin as a counterpoint to the triangular shape of the the building - and the flame ties them together nicely.
One thing I might do would be to apply some perspective correction. I guess that normally the eye will compensate for minot perspective distortion, but because of the negative space (black sky) that surrounds the building, I think the feeling that the building is falling back is heightened. This could just be a personal bias though.
Very nice shot regardless.
