Nice shot. I like that the grapes are not 'perfect', but presented with the natural blemishes. The leaves at the bottom make a nice framing element.
Two things I might consider would be a curves adjustment just to give the shot a little more pop and also cropping 25-30% off the right. I think the crop would help take the image off center a bit and provide a nice light to dark transition that is interrupted by the bright highlight on the leaf - lower right. Just a thought.

Nice Shot, Barbara! I always like "against light" shots where you can see better internal details in subjects like grapes, leaves and flowers - Zahid Niaz
