Thanks for your comments. Lighting is just window light and a map turned upside down for the background. I prefer the freedom of handholding the camera even if high ISO is needed.

David - a marvelously creative idea for this theme - and very well composed.
While I love the lighting (and would love to have you post some information on how you lit this shot), I do think a small fill light on the right side would have retained the shadow, but lessened its severity.
Did you use a home made lighting stand, or use a store bought item? Also, can you tell us why you shot this at such a high ISO? Thanx - and again, a wonderful shot as its companion "Reflections."
