Thanks for the comments. These challenges are very helpful for me in the arena of creativity and assignment work. I'm generally a street, journalist, snap (landscape) shooter. Also need to work on the PP part too, took your advice. Thanks. SCox

Overall, I like this one better too - but the framing and reflection on 'spare' work very well too.
The missed (still) pins here add to the sense of speed/motion of the rest and the red lines make terrific patterns.
I might crop a couple pixels off the left to remove that intrusion near the top. Might also want to clone out those bits of machinery (upper right). Since they are static (sharp) the eye tends to lock on them a bit much.
Anyway, nice concept and well executed.

I like the way this shot mixes the static of the standing pins with the almost abstract pattern of motion from the falling pins. Good shot! (I prefer this one of the two shots posted.)
