Very cool looking - I like the color saturation and the bit of bare trunk adds interest.
The moss is very lush and makes a great 'life after death' image.
If this spot is easily accessible to you, it'd be nice to return and try shooting from some different angles too.

Very good take on the theme, as the branches "converge" to the trunk. The vital moss cover gives a nice contrast to the dead leaves on the ground. MCsaba
