Smooth fractals by PK

A bathroom somewhere in Liverpool...

It's amazing what you can find in your washbasin

You are very gracious with your comments, MCsaba. Coming from someone whose work I admire greatly, it is most humbly welcome. I feel that you have a similar perspective to me as your thoughts often echo mine. This shot was an unexpected result of an idea. I thought it was going to be very pale (clear water in white sink) but it came out pretty much as is and fast becoming a personal favourite.

Interesting image and title. Fractals are non-differetiable thus "smooth" is a bit unexpected for them. This calls for some dualism in the picture, which can be found in the numb wawes and disorted lights, I think. Very tought-provoking with the given title, and the description of the location gives a unique mood. I was looking this picture for quite a while, longer than the others in these galleries. Not a "WOW!" shot, but not less for me. Belongs to those pictures where I can't really explain why I like them so much. MCsaba
