3rd: Battlefield by michal.ski

Photogrpah taken after a whole day of playing with (i.e.: using) various tools around the house. As in the title, after whole day of work I stood on a "battlefield" with a few of them in my hand and recalled that the "tools" competition might still be live!
Composed the shot choosing the background first, with an idea that metallic tools againt the wood might stand out quite well...Well?

I think you did a very good job here, Michal. The worn textures complement each other very well. Compo is good with the diagonal setup created by the wood structure and position of the large tool. Nice touch to place the fastening tool in the corner and parallel with the borders. Very appealing entry ! Alain

Hi, good image, composition and color tones, but IMHO it will give stronger impact without combinig so many different textures together.
