My kids have been doing karate for years, so I sort of know when the abrupt, focused pauses happen. I then planned to shoot during one of those pauses. This is my favourite of your three Gilles. It's good to have a main subject out in front and off-centre like this in this kind of image. How hard was it to capture what you wanted? Did they cooperate or did you just have to catch what you could wherever and whenever you could? Good effort at 1/50 sec as well. Cheers, John
