Looks like and underhanded throw to me :-) I like it!

Nice composition, and the blur looks good--if not real.

Interesting image - well exposed, composed and sharp.

The speed blur makes me think of a PPed blur rather than 'reality' but none the worse on theme for that.

I like short titles. I somehow think that the static portion of the pic is large compared to the energy part. A dart board is known to be "static". Still a nice capture, let me guess... a 100 tries ? Paul.

1. "POC" is indeed meant as the sound of impact at the Point Of Collision ...(LOL)
2. The 'blur' angle seems strange at first sight, but I liked it this way. Physically it's possible too : the motion vector does not necessarily have to be parallel with the arrow's axis. Throw some darts and you'll see what I mean ;-)

I think POC is an attempt to spell out the sound coming when the dart hits the board..? I like the blur effect, even if I agree with Bobby´s question. Very nice colours in this picture!

Alain, I admit my ignorance when it comes to darts ... my guess is that POC means "Point of Contact"?

I like the image. My only question is why the angle of the blur gives the impression of the dart rising into the board as opposed to giving the impression of a downward arc into the board? (Gee, I hope that makes sense.)

Great colors!
