Hi Gideon - thanks for the comments! Sneaky? Yes. Illegal? I wouldn't think so. For example, a picture of a building taken with a high-res camera could result in a crop similar to this. Taking a picture of a store front could result in a similar crop as well. So if there was a specific law, I couldn't imagine it being very enforceable except perhaps in the most extreme situations. But even if the thought crossed my mind at the time, I'd have definitely still taken the shot! ;-)

Wow! Great capture! Her attitude is priceless. I wonder, though, if shooting from the street into private premises is considered 100% legal. Don't get me wrong - I'm not an expert on legal matters and I'm not being judgemental - I think it's a terrific shot and I'd love to have shot it myself - but I probably would not dare.
