The trees are slowly changing colors. Now is when leaves begin to die and we look forward to the next season. Sort of like our lives, we die to this life and move into another.
I received a call this morning and my cousin, Lisa, died during the night after battling cancer. When younger, I would call her George and she would frustratingly respond, “I ain’t George, I’m Lisa Rene Smalley.” May God bless all the family!
