I had forgotten about tonight being a full moon. While driving home after making a few shots before last light, I happen to see the moon just starting to come up. I stopped the car and put on my 80-400mm VR lens with a 1.4 tele-converter. This shot was handheld in a strong wind, sitting on a cold ground and using my knees and arms as a tripod. Not the best of conditions.
