We are in New Orleans for a short overnight. While in this part of the country you must find a good place to eat seafood, cajun style and that’s exactly what we did. We ate a place called Johnny Traughts Seafood Bistro. It is a short walking distance from our hotel, which allows us to walk off dinner. My choice, one pound of boiled shrimp with red potatoes and corn on the cob. When I think of New Orleans I think of Mardi Gras, teh French Quarter and cajun food. I’ve noticed that many restaurants in New Orleans will place a jar of cajun hot sauce on the tables. So, while waiting on my shrimp, I snapped this shot for my photo for the day. It seemed fitting.
