Wow! $23,342.86 is a terrific result for funds raised in the very first Breathe in Life Walk. Left to right: Dr. Shaf Keshavjee, Dr. Lianne Singer and Anne Barbetta. In addition to the amount pledged for the Breathe in Life Walk, all pledges in the last week before the walk were matched by the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation which brought the actual total raised to about $45,000 for lung transplant research at Toronto General Hospital.
