That's me, 11 weeks post transplant. For 3 months after discharge lung transplant recipients are required to spend about 2 hours daily, 3 x weekly, on the treadmill, exercise bikes, weight training, etc. All under supervision of the transplant physiotherapist. (this photo was taken by my daughter Christine who spent a month with me as a support person.)
