Merv Sheppard with Dr. Lianne Singer, lung transplant pulmonoligist at Toronto General Hospital. She was guest speaker at our golf tournament to raise money for transplant research. Dr. Singer is the physician who accepted me in the transplant program even though I'd previously been told that I had no chance for a transplant because of my age. No wonder I'm smiling!
