so Interesting that you got to walk on a proper boardwalk...with a handrail! I used to live in Brunei and of course went to the Niah caves..as a young teenager..and we got to walk on A BOARD...literally a plank wide, no handrail and extremely slippery when it rained (which of course it did) the crocs in the river a few inches below the plank walkway were pretty good incentive for keeping your balance and staying on the board. There was no museum, no guesthouse (we made camp in the jungle) and the longhouse we stopped at for hot sweet tea was festooned with various ancestral skulls...and a few shrunken heads which we 'honored' by donating cigarettes and fruit to ~ would be interesting to go back and re-visit!!
