Toro Rosso's Sebastian Vettel enjoyed the 'best day of his life' on Sunday, when he came through to take the victory at the Italian Grand Prix and break his F1 duck in style.
Vettel, who also claimed his first ever pole position on Saturday, looked in control throughout and he pulled out a good lead early on that put him in a strong position to take 'gold'.
In the end the German beat McLaren's Heikki Kovalainen by 12.5 seconds - and he now becomes the youngest grand prix winner in the history of the sport.
MotoExpress guests enjoyed their stay at the Hotel Piazza Vecchia in Bergamo Alta. Located in a 13th century house recently renovated to highest standards. The hotel was just 50 steps from the famous Piazza Vecchia, “the most beautiful square in Europe”.
Bergamo Alta proved to be an inspired choice to stay for the Italian F1 weekend. The town is quite simply stunning. The medieval narrow streets being lined with shops, restaurants and bars. It's the type of town that has you returning year after year.
