Phoenix, AZ between Christmas 2006 and New Year's Day. It had rained; it was chilly, but windless. I visited Cesar Chavez Park, an enormous complex that included tennis courts, an indoor arena, soccer and baseball fields, a golf course, a fish-stocked lake in a spacious park, and a city library. Three coyotes (at least) lived in the golf course, as did a greater roadrunner. Most of these are from the park and golf course.
