A nice rest stop and view area on Interstate 70 in Grand County, Utah. We enjoyed a walk up the paved trail to get closer to the rocks and junipers on the dome. If there was signage talking about who Harley was and why he got a dome named after him (or maybe if it was his and he donated it), we didn't see that. On another trip, I stopped, decided to leave the summit to the many other travelers, and found plenty on the outskirts.
