This image has been greatly altered!! The perspective has been greatly exaggerated, then the whole thing stretched top to bottom. Using layers, I made use of the glowing edge, cutout, and rough pastels filters; erased the sky; inserted a gull and then ran the displacement filter on the outer edge of the image, before turning the whole thing sepia!!
