The deflated balloon is laid out on the grass field and attached to the gondola. A fan blows
air into the balloon to inflate it and the burner is ignited to heat the air. The hot air
makes the balloon become vertical, everyone jumps into the gondola, the burner
continues to heat the air and the balloon ascends.
