Customs officials come to the ship to have lunch and to provide
us with a clearance to land in Canada.

We are now in the Nunavut Territory of Canada. In 1999, the
Canadian government created the Nunavut Territory from the
eastern portion of the Northwest Territory. Its population of
about 32 thousand people are mostly indigenous Inuit people.
