This is an ambitious trip to travel from Reykjavik, Iceland through the
eastern part of the Northwest Passage to Kugluktuk in northern Canada.
The presence of ice is the deciding factor as to the success of this trip.
We'll see.

Segment 1 (see map above)
Leaving Reykjavik, several stops will be made in the western part of
Iceland before crossing the Denmark Strait and following Greenland's
coast to its southern tip.

Segment 2
Several stops will be made along Greenland's western coast including
its capital, Nuuk, and the ever popular Qaqortoq.

Segment 3
Crossing Baffin Bay, several stops will be made on Baffin Island in
the Canadian territory of Nunavut as well as the islands along the
eastern end of the Northwest Passage.

Segments 4 & 5
We will make our way through the small channels which are reported
to be relatively free of ice to Kugluktuk where our 2 charter
planes will take us to Edmonton and then to our home cities.
